Requirements :

  • Minimal Diploma in Information Technology
  • Minimal 1 years experience in similar field, fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
  • Fluently Speaking and Reading English
  • Knowledge able in Windows 98/2000/XP, Server, TCP/IP and LAN
  • Have an Excellent communication skill
  • Preferable Have Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Server Engineer
  • Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support
  • Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Log tickets, Monitoring SLA, Executive user support (for Supervisor Level)
