Requirements :
- Minimal Diploma in Information Technology
- Minimal 1 years experience in similar field, fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
- Fluently Speaking and Reading English
- Knowledge able in Windows 98/2000/XP, Server, TCP/IP and LAN
- Have an Excellent communication skill
- Preferable Have Microsoft Certified Professional and Microsoft Certified Server Engineer
- Knowledge in Desktop support, end-point network support
- Reporting, coordinate team Helpdesk, Log tickets, Monitoring SLA, Executive user support (for Supervisor Level)
